Returns

In the unlikely event you wish to return a pearl jewelry item to New Legend Pearls, please email sales@newlegendpearls.com or call (800) 747-7452 to receive a Return Authorization Number. One of our Customer Service representatives will explain the process in detail. Our Unconditional Guarantee applies if you return the cultured freshwater pearl product within 90 days of purchase, with a copy of the original invoice. If returned within 90 days of purchase, and following the instructions outlined above, New Legend Pearls will offer a replacement or a full refund, including any postage costs both inward and outbound.
